Steven Hardwick
Steven previously worked for Tay-Lyn Engineering where he was Technical Director for some 20 years. Tay-Lyn were a long established company heavily involved in design, manufacture and installation of purpose built machinery.

Philip Hardwick
Philip's previous experience was gained at Davy Sheffield (now Kvearner) where the majority of his 13 years were spent in the heavy machining area. A period managing a small engineering company followed.

Trevor Oldham
Trevor joined SHAL during 1995 as Technical Director. He previously spent 28 years at Davy fulfilling several roles including Fitting Shop Foreman, Works Supervisor, Site Service and Installation Manager and Technical Sales.

Workforce
Our workforce have been carefully selected utilising tradesmen from all the Directors previous companies along with other hand picked personnel from other industries. This in-depth experience allows SHAL to "Shine " in areas where mediocrity is often expected and accepted by the client.
